From first impressions to subway Olympics, BTS showcase iconic first performance of 'ON' at Grand Central on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Three days post the release of their record-breaking album 'Map Of The Soul: 7', BTS was seen Monday night's episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The men of the BTS - RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook - had pre-recorded the episode as the late-night show decided the entire episode to South Korean septet.
Heading to New York subway, BTS spoke about their first impressions of each other, answered some fan questions including the secret behind the black bean noodle incident! Atleast, we now know what went down with this much talked about noodle incident.
Before becoming the worldwide sensations that they are, their career goals were a little different. RM said, "Businessman, study hard and get a nice job. That was my dream." V said he wanted to be a "Saxophonist". If not a BTS member, J-Hope would have been a "Tennis Player'. Jungkook's dream was to be a pro-gamer. When asked Jimin, Jimmy jokingly asked if he wants to be a host and requested not to take his job! Speaking of Suga, he always wanted to be a producer or songwriter.
Then they headed to play Subway Olympics that pretty much reminds any of BTS fans of their Run episodes and how competitive the group actually is when it comes to these kinds of games. Let's just say it - If you haven't ever watched a BTS Run episode, you are missing out on the finest and most hilarious content ever! It's so much fun honestly.
They visit the famous Katz’s Delicatessen and tried the delicious delicacies.
They also delivered a spectacular performance of their title track 'ON' from their album 'Map Of The Soul: 7' from the historic Grand Central Station in New York.
BTS unveiled the 20-track album 'Map Of The Soul: 7' on Friday, February 21, 2020. This is the fourth LP post their last EP 'Map Of The Soul: Persona' that released in April 2019.
