Bollywood celebs support and praise Mumbai after Kangana Ranaut compares it to POK
Actress Kangana Ranaut has been making many remarks on Twitter after she officially took over her team's handle. Her recent words have not gone down well with many. After she claimed that she feels unsafe in Mumbai, she compared the city to POK after alleging that Shiv Sena member Sanjay Raut threatened her to not return to Mumbai.
Kangana Ranaut’s latest salvo at Mumbai city, no less, comparing it to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) has put her into a seriously hostile situation with leading politicians of Mumbai.
Sanjay Raut Shiv Sena leader has given me an open threat and asked me not to come back to Mumbai, after Aazadi graffitis in Mumbai streets and now open threats, why Mumbai is feeling like Pakistan occupied Kashmir? https://t.co/5V1VQLSxh1

A source in the know informs that Kangana would be asked to provide a public apology for insulting the people of Maharashtra. “Mumbai has given her everything. And this is what she gives it in return?” an outraged source close to the Shiv Sena wonders.
Sources say the Maharashtra government will ask Kangana for an apology. More likely a showcause notice will be sent to the actress on behalf of the Maharashtra Police. No matter which way we look at it, this time Kangana Ranaut has crossed the (POK) line.
After her dig, Bollywood celebrities came to social media to praise the city of dreams Mumbai. They spoke about how this city has not given them work but felt safe and homely.

Mumbai meri Jaan ???????? lived and worked here for almost twenty years. Moved here to live on my own at age 19. This city embraced me with open arms and kept me safe. A cosmopolitan, inclusive, diverse, beautiful city.

You know what's special about my city Bombay/Mumbai? You could spew venom on it but it will still welcome you with open arms. Learn magnanimity from this city.

Mumbai is truly cosmopolitan in SO many ways....grew up in Delhi and I can’t explain how much safer this city feels as a woman. It’s the commercial AND entertainment capital. And it has a large heart❣... large enough to occasionally forgive ingrates. मला मुंबई खूपच आवडते! pic.twitter.com/voWgU49nPp
