Bollywood celebrities celebrate the day of Karwa Chauth with full pomp and show. Married women, women who are about tied the knot, fast for their partners, and pray for their long lives. This year, the gathering was low key keeping the strict guidelines in check. Sunita Kapoor and Anil Kapoor, like every year, hosted the celebrations. And the Bollywood town ladies had their fashion game on point.
KAJOL:
The actress donned a gorgeous red saree and paired it up with a strappy blouse. Keeping her makeup minimal, she accessorized it with red and gold bangles, golden jhumkas, and a choker necklace to accentuate the look.
PRIYANKA CHOPRA
The actress celebrated her second Karwa Chauth all the way in Los Angeles with Nick Jonas. She looked exquisite in a red saree matched with a gold strappy blouse. Red lips, maangtika, gold jewellery rounded her look.
SHILPA SHETTY:
The actress wore a beautiful maroon full of foil printed crepe saree from Masaba Gupta’s collection. She wore a crepe maroon blouse piece with gold work on the sleeves. She teamed it up with a statement neckpiece from Goenka India, a diamond ring, red and silver combination bangles, minimal makeup with a maroon lip shade, and a small bindi to complete her look.
RAVEENA TANDON:
She looked stunning in a red-gold Noor gharara set from Gopi Vaid. Celebrating the day all the way from Dalhousie, she wore maangtika, statement earrings, red lipstick and eyeliner for the celebration.

A few days after she got hitched to Gautam Kitchlu, Kajal celebrated her first Karwa Chauth. Instead of opting for a red outfit, she wore an orange Shyamal and Bhumika anarkali dress with gold work and paired up the look with heavy accessories like mangaka, a nose piece, green, and orange combination neckpiece, chooda – all from Sunita Shekhawat collection.
BIPASHA BASU:
The actress wore an orange satin silk sharara set from the Gopi Vaid collection. It is inspired by traditional Bandhej and Mashru with delicate detailing of moghal light gold sequins and thread embroider. The embroidered work is beautiful with a scalloped organza dupatta that rounded her look. She accessorized it with jhumkas, red lips, and bindi.
